Prices - Any bill outstanding is set and is charged in UK pounds when the work is completed.

We will request a part or full deposit before we order any parts in

We can request full payment before or after a job is completed

Any deposits made are non refundable

Warranty - All replacement parts fitted are cover by our 12 month warranty, a full inspection will be done before any replacements are made, the warranty doesn't cover broken glass, Lcd Damage, accidental damage, liquid damage or wear and tear.

Any devices that have a bent housing, frame or corners, sometimes the glass can lift out the plastic bezel thats seated in to the phone when a replacement screen is fitted, if this does ever happen we will do our best to help you with this

Devices that have dents or bent corners may need to be filed down for correct positioning of the screen, but we will always advise of this before we carry any work out.

Devices that have a seperate Front glass & LCD, sometimes when the screens are smashed, the lcd once refitted, can have slight brusing in certain parts, this normally happens in the corners where the screen was smashed.

Touch ID / Face ID - Your Touch / Face ID sensors are paired with the motherboard inside, we move you current home button over to the new screen but any replacement of the fingerprint sensor will stop the touch ID working, Face ID is left in the device and isn't touched when making a repair

Water Proofing - any device that is waterproof once the seal is broken it won't be waterproof after a repair, even with us replacing the dust / water seal

Data - It is recommended that you back up your device before any repair, we can not be held responsible for any loss of data during a repair.

Privacy - We do not store or share any of your personal information ourselves or with any 3rd parties.

We never ask for your passcode, but sometimes devices will need to be tested after a repair so may need to on rare occasions.

Email addresses & Mobile numbers are stored via our website so you will receive special offers from us, if you wish to opt out of this please unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of offer list.

If any unrepairable phones or tablets are not collected within 12 months after being prompted for collection they will be disposed of accordingly.

Water Damage is a treatment not a repair, if a phone or tablet does stop working on inspection we will not be held liable for it as the water can move around as parts are removed for inspection, also if you do decide to go ahead with any replacement parts to water damaged phones or tablets, they can be fully working at the time of repair but start playing up weeks or months after if water has got to certain parts of the motherboards we can not treat, we can not offer refunds for this, as we do not offer any warranty on water damage work, we will try our best to help though.

We reserve the right to refuse a price match offer
